Given the price, I really can't complain about quality, it gets the job done. The needle is easy to screw on, but I found it difficult to find the right grip to twist the needle off since it's so small. You could probably use pliers to take them off if needed.

The main issue I had was that I ordered this in bulk, and a quarter of them did not have needles. I spoke to the manager about it; she heard me out and refunded the missing needles immediately. I would buy from them again, I loved their customer service. :)

My order was received on time and in good condition. This order was for Operation Christmas Child and the service representatives were incredibly helpful in getting the product to us in a timely fashion. One exception was 4 needles for the pumps has escaped the packages and the shipping box rendering the pumps useless. I have not had a chance to check to see if I can get 4 needles.
