Easily my favorite spring assist
knife, maybe my favorite folding knife. This knife has a little
bit of everything for everyone. The weight the style the design
this knife has everything a modern folding knife should have. The
tanto blade give a strong tip and two straight cutting edges also (In
my opinion) tanto blades are easier to sharpen. The seration is a
fantastic saw, wire stripper, fish de-scaller etc. This knife is
great for anyone who drives a car and is worried about a seatbelt
getting stuck. The belt cutter on the back of this knife means
that in case of an accident instead of trying to get a sharp blade
between you and the belt you can slice it open like an envelope
cutter. Of course the glass breaker is a fantastic addition to
this train of thought incase the door wont open and the window will not
roll down. This knife does not use a coiled spring for its spring
assist but part of the sheet metal is stamped in a fashion so that it
uses a bar for its tension. The thumbscrews on both sides of the
bade mean it can easily be opened by righties or lefties, not to
mention the lip on the back of the knife which can still be used by
righties or lefties. This is one knife I am adding to my daily
things to carry.
